I just moved out of this apartment and my landlords wanted me to post a
brief description of it so that a new renter could move in asap. It's a
one room carraige house apartment above a garage, with a separate kitchen and
bathroom. The living quarters are about 12'x15', kitchen about 8'x10', and
bathroom about 4'x10'. It is located at 758 Brookridge Dr. in Virginia
Highlands, directly across from a small neighborhood park with a stream
and swings and stuff. It has a nice backyard and ample garden space. the
rent is $395 a month, with a $395 security deposit and a one year
lease required. Water is included in the price of the rent, but other
utilities are separate. If interested, please contact Jack or Donna
Aldridge at either 607-8700 (home) or 872-7980 (work).
