Hey:

A Bedroom is now available in my 3 bed, 2 bath, 2000 sqft. Loft Apartment.
The room has a large window and huge closet. Bathroom is shared with one
other person (he's very neat and clean). The apartment is beautiful. It has
a large main room which holds the kitchen, dining area and living area. Then
there is a loft upstairs which holds the den area and library. Everything is
open, bright and airy. The ceilings are 14 to 19 ft high. There are ceiling
fans, washer dryer, a spiral staircase, deck, fireplace, a huge wall with
all windows in the main room. The list goes on.

About the people...I am a grad student at Georgia Tech and the other person
designs and installs display areas for trade shows and conferences. We are
both mature, responsible, neat and clean guys and we hope to find a roommate
with similar qualities.

Landlord conditions are, non smokers only, no dogs, one year
lease(flexible).

Rent is $475 per month plus 1/3 utilities.
