Starting Oct. 1, I will have a room available in my loft apartment in
Candler Park (just east of Little Five Points).  The Apartment has three
bedrooms and a loft (which is also used as a bedroom) so there are four
people living here.  Apartment features are, washer and dryer, dishwasher,
AC/Heat, 14-19ft ceilings, large deck, polished concrete floors.  It's a
really great place.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment.  The person living in the room
that will be available will share with two other people.  The room has a
large window and a huge closet.

The people living here now are one girl and two guys.  We are all either
working or in grad school and, as a result, appreciate quiet, clean, and
responsible roommates.

Rent for the room is $375 per month plus 1/4 utilities ($35-$45).
