I will have at least one and maybe three rooms available some time near
the end of August. The house has four bedrooms, one bathroom, fenced-in
side and back yards, locking gate in driveway, on street and off street
parking. Full basement, screened-in front porch (with Coke machine!),
washer and dryer, steel-barred security doors. Steel bars on most
windows. 

Looking for an upper classman or grad student. Must be non-drug-user, no
pets, no children, no indoor smoking, quiet, and responsible

Lease is required. Deposit is one month's rent plus $50 for utilities,
which are usually around $50 per month. 

House is located very close to Georgia Tech
