We have a room available in a house in Home Park. The room is 12' x 13',
the house has 9' ceilings. The room has a hardwood floor. There is a
washer and dryer in the full basement. We have a (relatively) large
fenced-in yard, and a gated driveway. There is a Coke machine on the
screened-in porch. What we are looking for is a quiet, responsible Tech
student to start January 1st. The lease term is negotiable. The rent is
$230/month + 1/4 utilites. There is a deposit of one month's rent also.
