It has 20 MB RAM, 203 MB hard drive, and 1.44" floppy drive.

The display is a 640x480 active matrix with 256 colors.
Simultanous display on LCD and external SVGA monitor.
There are some bad pixels but not annoying.

A dedicated trackball, serial port, parallel port, external
SVGA port, PS/2 mouse port, PS/2 keyboard port.

Two PCMCIA slots and port for docking station.

The battery is NiCd which lasts about 70 minutes. It has
new cells and will last many charging cycles. I opened the
dead battery and replaced the cells with new ones.

The software loaded is Dos6.22 and Win3.11 for workgroups.
There is also Linux installed on it with gcc, latex, and MATLAB.
