House to share close to Lake Allatoona, Red Top Mountain
State Park, and the Etowah river

[This is in Southeast Bartow County, the commute to downtown
Atlanta is around 37 miles (virtualy all highway) and takes
~37 minutes outside of rush hour; there is no MARTA or
anything remotely like it, nor is it "near Buckhead" (I'm
astonished at how many callers ask that particular question)
or anything remotely like it]

Two large (16'x15' & 15'x13', 10' ceilings), bright,
connected rooms with private entrances to front and
back porches; private bath; shared kitchen, etc.

Small town/country atmosphere; near to lots of multi-use
(horses to dirtbikes) trails, and the lake, river, and park
are within bicycling distance.

Single adults only; no smoking; pets negotiable
