I am posting this on behalf of my brother who is an Emory student.

He is looking to buy a car if anyone is looking to sell.  He is considering:

Toyota Camry / Corolla
Honda Civic / Accord
Mazda Protege

and here are the basic requirements:

-under or near 100K miles 
-with AC 
-four door

Basically we start talking at the blue book price (kbb.com) so if you want more than what they value the car at, you need to demonstrate why.

I have my great aunt's 2000 Kia Sephia with less than 7000 miles
on it for sale.
