Functional QA Tester

* Work with the QA team to evolve the QA process over time to meet the
needs of the business * Develop accurate test plans for functional
testing based on project requirements * Carry out pre-release testing
using pre-defined processes and documented testing scenarios * Use
reporting tool to report bugs found during QA with comprehensive steps
to reproduce * Provide recommendation on project readiness for release
based on pre-release functional testing

The ideal candidate will have: * A technical background *
Organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication
skills * An understanding of functional components of web-based
applications
