CompUSA has the BFG Asylum GeForce4 Ti4200 64MB DDR AGP Video Card for
$100 after $30 rebate. One cent shipping. Search for "298370" to find it.

You cannot compare MSI to BFG, regardless of the $40 (after rebates) difference.
I would say the difference in RAM matters, but with today's games (with the exception
of 1 or 2) you barely use the RAM provided by circa 2000 video cards. Hell, I went
from a 64mb DDR Radeon to a 16mb TNT2 Vanta, but I'm wierd.

You wanted video drivers that wouldn't make your system crash
constantly?

exactly

if the antalus level in UT2K3 doesn't use more than 64 megs of video ram I'd
be quite surprised (and highly disappointed:) )

Well i dont know about his statistics, but i do know you can over clock
the 4400 pretty nicely and acheive the same range of benchmarks as
the 4600.

As far as practical use, I have a few freinds who claim their upgrade from
the 4200 64mb to the 4400 128mb was quite noticeable. I wont make that claim,
as i dont have any personal experience with it. In the end, i dont give
a rats ass abotu benchmarks, i care abou the performance of my system
withe the games i play.
