Looking for 1 male or 1 female to fill a Bedroom available in a 1984 sq ft
house. Must be clean, mature, considerate, and responsible. The house is 2
miles from I-85, 2 miles from the Gwinnett Place Mall area, located on the
border of Norcross/Duluth, a 30 minute drive from downtown Atlanta. The
bedroom is approx 11' x 10' and has a ceiling fan, a closet, cable TV, LAN
computer network, and phone connection. The house is networked for computer
usage, and has a shared fast cable modem connection to the internet. Rent is
$360/mo for the room and a shared full bathroom. You will also be paying
utilities (shared with roommates) which comes out to approximately $70/month
per person which includes electricity, gas, water, trash, cable TV, AND a
fast internet connection. this does NOT include the phone bill (local and
long distance) which varies per month and per person. you will be living
with 2 guys: 1 27-year old asian guy, and 1 30-year old caucasian guy.. both
very nice and friendly people. :) we are both quiet, friendly, and very easy
to get along with, both working in the computer field. the house sits on a
quiet dead-end street so there is no major traffic, and is very close to
I-85 and Gwinnett Mall. it has a fenced in back yard where my 2 dogs run
around in (and if you like dogs, you're more than welcome to let them inside
when you are home), and a very small creek in the far back of the yard. the
house is approx 1984 sq feet, and has a washer/dryer, fireplace, central
heat/air, dishwasher, and microwave. please email me at ttorimoto@yahoo.com
if you are interested... thanks!
