Hi there! Are you still looking for a place to stay? We have 4 rooms available in a 6 bedroom house. Rent is 385.00 USD + Utilities. It's within walking distance to GA Tech (10 minutes by foot) in one of the better streets of Homepark. Wireless internet is available (DSL), the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer. Wash/Dryer is also available. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a table. Two rooms share one bathroom. And the landlord is really amazing, you won't find another who cares that much about his tenants. Just give him a call at 678-427-8872 and meet him at the place. Or you simply stop by at 544A Ethel St NW. About us: We're students from Germany (Ralph, grad student in mechanical engineering, gth731e@mail.gatech.edu) and from India (Arnab, internship at Wachovia, arnab.sarkar@wachovia.com) and we're really nice people :-).
