   This summer I'll be working in New York, and I'd like to sub-lease
my room in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse on Holly Street.  The apt
is just north of the Georgia Tech campus on the east side of Home Park,
about a 1/2 mile from I 75/85.  The apartment is one of nine privately 
owned duplexes.  It is apart from the main part of Home Park and the 
apartment can only be reached by Holly Street which is a dead-end street.  
It is very safe and quiet.

   I'll be leaving in early June (approx June 5th) and returning towards
the end of September (approx September 20th).  I'm looking for someone 
to lease the apartment for the duration or most of that period.  Lease 
dates are flexible.

   The apartment is already furnished, and the room will be partially
furnished (desk, chair, shelves, dresser, but no bed).  You would share
the apartment with a male, CoC grad student.  Rent is $350 a month 
plus utilities.
