We need a third roommate for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Virginia
Highlands. This apt is in a great location and has been newly renovated.
Some of the features include:

   * The house is on Rosedale just off North Highland about two
blocks south of the North Highland/Virginia intersection.

   * The house is 1500 square feet and has hardwood floors in
all the bedrooms, dining room, and living room. There is
a really nice back deck and screened-in front porch. The
house also has a basement for storage.

   * The house has a new energy efficient central heat and air
      conditioning system.

   * The kitchen has a dishwasher plus new refrigerator and
stove. We'll also have a washer and dryer soon.

   * Rent is $370 per person plus 1/3 for utilities.

   * The apt is available starting January 15th and the lease
is for a year including the Olympics.
