okay, let me get this straight, you are saying black people kill just cuz they
are black? thats why there are murders by blacks here and blacks in africa?

if this is what you're saying, you're the one who is not open minded.  There
are millions of people in africa and a few countries have political problems so
that means black people in general kill?  WWI, WWII would say that germans
kill.  Japanese must be prone to murder too.  Every country in this world has
gone thru political turmoil, does that mean they all kill?   Africa, Eastern
Europe, Middle East and the Far East are all in on-off turmoil now do to
colinization.  Now that the empires of europe have collapsed the countries are
strugling to rebuild and find a form of gov't that suits them.
