Well, it does seem that certain people are more prone to violence than
others.  I would say among the British it would be Irish.  And among
Americans it appears to be Africans.

OK. In the Jewish and Asian populations you are not likely to have many
murders.  In the African and Arabic population, you are. Just like you
will probably have more murders by Irish ( I'm of that descent, but I like
the truth) than by Englishmen.
