I assume you have a theory that they were all released with the apologies
of the court when it was found they were all the innocent victims of
racial profiling,  and that gun in their hand was just a coincidence ?

And you further assume that the rest of the victims had to have been
committed by the pastors of the local white Baptist churches ?

Nice pat solution but it doesn't stand up to the reality of the subject.
