i didn't know it was called that either. the one time i ate inside (ditto!),
I was highly amused by the fortune cookies. of course, when you have a 
group of four at the table, there's always the one ridiculous fortune that
awaits someone. We read ours off in order (we don't play the "in bed"
game), and after the usual cliches we get to Ben Hsieh's (who is anything
but a cliche). His? "Your car will be worry-free for the next 40,000 miles."
I've never heard of a fortune like that! Of course, he didn't have a car
either, which just made it even better...

obligatory clowes mention: it was almost as funny as the story "I Hate You
Deeply" in Dan Clowes' fourth issue of Eightball.
