Lee Morris of the Atlanta City Council is the author of this bill.
Send him email at lmorris@ci.atlanta.ga.us, and say something similar
to this:

Please don't pass this drive through window law.

Cars cause more pollution when the motor is shut down and then started
up again than they do sitting idling for a short period.

A soccer Mom with a car full of children is just going to drive a mile
or more farther to do her banking and or fast food business in a
different county rather than having to unstrap all of her children at
each place and restrap them.

The business establishments are going to lose over half of their
business.

Don't pass this silly "closing of the drive through windows" law.
