i have had similar misadventures with dilevery.  My roommate (whacky
guy that he is) ordered a christmas tree and all the trimmings from
macy's.  (Like i said he's kind of whacky).  He went a little over
board and ended up making quite an investment in this tree and the
decorations.  Well after considerable stalling, they finally 
delivered it... somewhere else.  they don't even know.  Some random
person signed for it and KEPT OUR CHRISTMAS TREE.  Can you believe
that?  This loser stole a christmas tree.  

Moral of the story: never have things delivered, and never sign
for and keep other people's packages!
