The apartment itself is a ground level, private front and rear entrance,
garden apartment located approximately 1 mile north of downtown Decatur. 
It comes with gas heat and water and wall unit air-conditioners.  The rent
is $525/month (which we would split) and the utilities (minus long
distance) are approximately $140/month (again, split).  If you should 
decide to move in, I will need a refundable deposit of $100.
