I have 10+ used IBM LaserPrinter cartridges for use with IBM 4019
printers and their like. I really don't want to throw them away.
Does anyone know of:

a) Someplace that will give me a discount for new IBM cartridges
	if I give them old.

or b) Someplace that will just take these off my hands so I don't
	have to toss them out.
