Looking for a roommate for my Candler Park Loft Apartment.  Candler Park is
about 4 miles east of downtown Atlanta.  It's a beautiful, safe neighborhood
with some of the best restaurants in Atlanta (Flying Biscuit), a 9 hole golf
course, great jogging trail and much more. The apartment is a 2000 sqft.
loft apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 14-19 ft ceilings, huge
common area, great deck, fireplace...the list goes on and on. The room
available has a large closet and big window. You would be sharing a bathroom
with one other person. Both of the people who live here are grad students.
We study alot and so we require a quiet, responsible person to share with.
Rent for the place is $475 per month plus 1/3 utilities. The landlord
