Hi there,

Does anyone know of reputable contractors they can recommend?  My wife and I 
just bought a 50yr old house intown and there are a number of items that
need attention:

exterior - replacement of some rotted wood in siding and under roof, repainting
of exterior, fencing of yard

interior - some work needed in the attic/crawlspace to repair/replace damaged
joists and subfloor, refinishing and repair of hardwood floor, misc 
electrical work.

If you've had a good experience with a contractor to do some or all of the 
above, please let me know.  Much appreciated.  Please e-mail me the info.

Try posting to alt.home.repair and ask for recommendations.  They know anything you 
want to know about houses/repairs, etc.
