I'm looking for a professional male to share a house with myself and two
other professionals. I'm 38 and a programmer, my other roomates are 28
and 40; one's a grad student and the other is a Navy Commander. You must
be responsible! Prefer an easygoing type, like myself and my roomates.

Other details:
		Large 4 bedroom house
Close to Vienna Metro (1 mile)
                Close to GMU (10 minutes)
		2-car garage
1.5 acre yard (you dont have to mow!)
		2 living rooms
		Cable
		New W/D
                New Fridge
2 full bath's, share one with one person
		fireplace, patio, plenty of parking
		no pets, sorry.
		gas heating
		a/c
$325 per month, plus 1/4 utils.

The lease is month-to-month only with one month's security deposit
required. Notice of leaving must be given on the 1st of the month,
at least 30 days prior to ones moving out.

Interested persons, please reply to this posting.

Bob
