Sorry for the delay.

As always, a file `bull13j.tar.Z' is now available via anonymous ftp
from `srawgw:~ftp/pub/gnu/local-fix/Bull-j/'.  You can use and copy it
under the copyleft.

This file is the Japanese version (translation) of the GNU's Bulletin
No.13 (June/1992), and contains the followings.  

	bull13j.texi ...	body of text (texinfo format)
	bull13j.info ...	body of text (info format)
	fsf-order-form.ps ...	FSF order form (PostScript format)
	fsf-order-form.dvi ...	FSF ofrder form (dvi format)
	jtexinfo.tex ...	macro file for NTT jTeX and Nihongo TeX 
	texinfmt.el ...		Emacs List file to format info file

To format the texinfo file, you need to prepare the Japanized TeX
(either NTT version or ASCII one).  Without the Japanized TeX, you can
read bull13j.info.
