SCO Xenix 386 release 2.3.2 with development system release 2.2.1
certainly DOES have the arguments of setvbuf() reversed.  The
diskettes say (C) 1988 The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc (which may or may
not be more than four years old depending on the exact release date).
The file /lib/386/Slibc.a is dated June 23, 1987.
