One of our bash users pointed out that the bash builtin "wait"
does not wait for the background processes to terminate. I checked
in builtins.c and noticed that the function wait_builtin() was empty!
Repeat By:
bash> sleep 100000 &
bash> wait
Fix:
Implement wait_builtin() in builtins.c ?
