Does anybody have a patch to bash-1.03 which fixes the problem of
readline losing or exchanging the order of characters which are typed
faster than it can read them?  If such a thing does exists, could
somebody please mail it to me as this is getting frustrating
(especially with the xterm cut buffer :-E) ?
