Free first move for white

I like to make a suggestion.  Let the first move for white be free. 
Currently once you have loaded up gnuchess, the program starts the timing
and by the time you've type in all the post, beep, help, hash, bla bla
stuff, probably 20-30 secs have gone by.  This shouldn't the so.
