I'm in the process of trying to get compile Gnuchess 4.0pl58 on my 386
PC using the Microsoft 7.0 compiler.  In compiling the file genmove.c, 4
warnings about *truncation of const value* arose.  These occurred in
lines 192, 193, 232 and 233.  Here is an example of one of these lines
(line 192 to be precise).

history[SwagHt | i] += 5000;

Unfortunately, history is declared as an unsigned char array, which will
not take in a value of 5000.  

What gives, O development team?  

I'm going to change history to integer and try again.  Maybe this is
more correct.
