🚀 go-pugleaf

The documentation string for the scroll-other-window function lies.  In,
the minibuffer, the value of the variable minibuffer-scroll-window is
consulted first.  Also, the first line of the documentation string was too
long to fit in an 80 column apropos display.  Here is a patch.
