Problem making emacs on NCR Tower 700, Unix V3.2

I am having problems making emacs on an NCR Tower 700 running V3.2. Everything
goes well until temacs gets executed. A memory error or some such thing causes
a termination. The cause seems to be the C start up code supplied with emacs.
Command line arguments aren't set up properly so C can access them. A nm on
the emacs crt0.o and the NCR supplied crt0.o shows they're totally different.
Has anyone else had a problem with this? Is there a fix?

				THANX! gp
