rmail-output-to-rmail-file doesn't clear the deleted attribute in the
saved message.  Thus, if you delete a message in your main rmail file,
then output it to a file foo, run rmail on foo, and then do a save, the
message will be deleted.  If the user goes to the trouble of doing the
save, I can't think of when it would be desirable to have the saved
message deleted.
