Help Installing Emacs on SUN

Hello,

I attempted to install emacs-18.59 on a SUN sparcstation 2 running
sunOS 4.1.3 but I had problems during compilation. After executing
the "make install" script I got the following error:
     cd etc; make all
     cd src; make all
     make -f xmakefile all
     cc -c -g -Demacs -fsoft -I/usr/openwin/include crt0.c
"/tmp/ccom.017701.1.s", line 147: error: redefinition of symbol "__start"

I have changed the config.h file in the $BUILD/src to contain the headers
s-sun3.h and m-sunos4-1.h.

Does anybody know what is the problem and how I can resolve it.
Please email responses.

Thank you
