Hello,

 There are patches to the current versions of Tree Dired, ange-ftp, Dave
 Gillespie's info.el, and GNU tar that allow easy use of gzip (GNU zip)
 available via anonymous ftp to roebling.poly.edu [128.238.5.31] in /pub.
