Doing

  M-x vm RET
  h
  C-x o
  n
  C-x o

leaves point in a different place (at the beginning of the visible
headers) in the folder buffer than doing

  M-x vm RET
  n

which leaves point at the beginning of the message itself, after the
displayed headers.  Similarly, doing

  M-x vm RET
  h
  C-x o
  4 RET		(goto message 4)
  C-x o

leaves point in no predictable location when you get to the folder
buffer after the last C-x o.

vm-mutable-windows is t
vm-preview-lines is 7   (neither nil nor t)
