Looking for gnumake for VMS

I'm looking for a version of GNUMake that will run on VMS. Since GNUMake 
has been ported to most other platforms there has to be one out there for
VMS. Since this newsgroup has a VMS slant I figured I'd ask here rather than 
the more general GNU newsgroups.
