forwarded a full-header copy of the illegal 'unique money-making

They really hate it when people try to use the US mail to commit

sure that Southwestern Bell's TOS (Terms of Service) prohibit fraud,
I'm afraid you're not going to have access to their services for much
longer. But that's OK - you're going to need the money you spend for 
Internet access for attorneys anyway.

Federal, state, and local  government officials when they're 
subpeonaed to do so.

Be sure to take plenty of cigarettes with you when you report to
your nearest Federal penitentary. You can use them to keep the more 
aggressive 'friends' you'll meet there at bay, at least for a while. 

Think of it as a 'unique growth opportunity' - not too many people
have first-hand knowledge of constructing license plates, and you'll
be in on the ground floor of this exciting industry.
