Anybody found a solution to letting ctrl-s/ctrl-q work the way the
should in emacs? (as isearch-forward and quoted-insert respectively).
I can get it to work fine with x-windows, but not in non-x-windows.
Note: I have turned off flow control at the dcl level via
$ set term/nottsynch (and verified this to work)

Any help would be appreciated.
