The patches for epoch-4.1 seem to fix most of the esc/meta problems. Here is one sequence that still works different from emacs and epoch-4.02, not a big deal but worth noting when the real fix rolls around. I often get out of isearch by typing \M-< which pops me back to the beginning of the file in emacs or old epoch. Under the 4.1 patches, this sequence is interpretted as \e<, which exits the isearch routine and inserts a < in the file. -- B< Brian Kahn blk@security.mitre.org "may the farce be with you"
