Type to window under cursor??

How can I get epoch to type into the buffer window that my
mouse pointer is on, instead of having to first click to get the
pointer in the current window?  If I move the mouse, it still types
in the previously "selected" window.

Also, the motion.el file shows coordinates upon a mouse click. However,
the row seems to be relative to the top of the screen.  How can I get
it to give me the true line number too?
