I forgot to mention:

C-PgUp	    scroll-down-other-window-or-screen
C-PgDn	    scroll-up-other-window-or-screen
C-Home	    beginning-of-buffer-other-window-or-screen
C-End	    end-of-buffer-other-window-or-screen

the behaviour of which depends on:

  1 window 1 screen  =  PgUp/PgDn/Home/End
  1 window >1 screen =  do it in other screen
  >1 window	     =  do it in other window

are also included in the code just posted.
