Help with Epoch Manual and TeX

We just got epoch here, and are trying to compare it to emacs. I have
many questions about epoch, and I figured I could answer them by reading
the enclosed manual. OK. Step one -- print it out.

No one here has ever used TeX. We ran the makefile in the epoch-man/
directory.... *chugchugchug* *ding!* Out comes a epoch.dvi file. TeX
seems to think that it is done at this point, but none of us can
figure out how to _print_ a .dvi file. Can anyone help? Please?
