🚀 go-pugleaf

I'm having a bear of a time making g++ (either version 1.40.3 or 1.42.0)
The last of the make output is:

triton# gmake

insn-codes.h is unchanged

I can't seem to find a definition for BImode anywhere in any of the
sources or configuration files.  What's the scoop?
