I have exactly the same problem. I have a pure-virtual base class which was causing IOT Traps when the executable tryed to call the base method (defined to be 0 of course). Funnily enough, the right methods are called when I compile the same code using gcc 2.2.2/2 (this is the OS/2 2.0 port for gcc.) Has there been a patch for this I don't know of ? -- Tom J Parry. Your reality is a figment of my imagination.
