hello there,
Given the following code on Sun 4, with a derivative of GNU C++ 2.2.2
typedef int A;
struct B
{
int A : 2;
} ;
then I get the following compiler error message
bug22.cc:6: syntax error before `:'
If I delete the ": 2", the error message goes away. Name spaces for
bitfields don't work.
This bug does not happen in GNU C++ 1.39, so it used to work once.
I am interested to find if this bug happens on other people's copies of
GNU C++ 2.2.2, or indeed GNU C++ 2.3
The specification for name spaces for C++ has been around for over two
years. What's going on ?
Regards
