Please do not include uuencoded files, or shar files, or tar files...
Reduce the problem into a single short file if you can.

g++ does not yet support the infinite link cycle type templates.  What
this means is that in files that use templates, the compiler has to
have had seen all the relevant code for the template instantiation, so
that it has a chance to generate code from it.
