g++-2.3.1 gets fatal signal with -g and -fhandle-exceptions

Options "-g" and "-fhandle-exceptions" seems to conflict. If one is
removed the signal does not come. g++.2.2.2 did not have this problem.

Input: test.cc
--------
int main()
{
  return 0;
}
---END---

Machine: SPARCStation 1+, SunOS 4.1.1
Basic installation:
  ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/package/gcc-2.3.1 sparc
"make compare" went ok.

Session log:

erik@hermes $ g++ -v -g  -fhandle-exceptions test.cc
