🚀 go-pugleaf

The fix for +e* options present in gcc 2.3.1 does not quite fix the
bug.  The following patch is also required:

If the - is not put before the + here then this bit of code at line
2853 in toplev.c will not find the option and lang_decode_option()
will not be called.
